3rd Battalion Canadian Engineers organized in France in May 1918 under the command of Major E. Pepler. Personnel from 3rd Field Company, a portion of 107th Pioneer Battalion and the remainder from Canadian Engineers Reinforcement Depot. 1st Canadian Engineer Brigade. Demobilized at Winnipeg in May 1919.
